Hello everyone, hope everyone has had a fantastic week! For this outfit post, i wanted to share with you my all time favourite jumpsuit that i got around 3 years ago from Topshop. I just love the tropical palm tree print and i always remember purchasing it, as it was to wear to my HND photography exhibition.
It’s a piece that i can’t come to terms with throwing away and i usually take it on my holiday to wear during the evenings. Its comfy, bold and very versatile. To dress the jumpsuit down, i decided to team it with a Topshop white ribbed crop top to give more of a dungaree effect and i also layered over my All Saints leather jacket to keep the chill off.
The bold print and tonal colours are gorgeous, making it a great item of clothing for the summer. I love how the legs are a wider style, which is more comfortable and perfect for holiday evenings as you want to be cool. A lot of high street brands have gone with the wider leg style this SS15 – i personally find this a more flattering shape on myself.
Love, love, love chunky gold jewellery! I really like the simple, cut out aztec design of the New Look necklace as it does not distract anything from the bold tropical print and compliments the jumpsuit.
The white ribbed crop top is something i purchased last year from Topshop and is a great basic to have in your summer wardrobe. It is still available to shop on the website today (All clothing and links listed below).
The fringed bag was an absolute steal for £7.00 from Primark and i just had to get my hands on it as fringing is such a big trend this SS15. I first bought the bag in the black colour, but then visited primark on another occasion and seen they did the same style in tan, so i just had to purchase that one too! A girl can never have too many bags…right?
These leather sandals from Topshop was something i purchased towards the end of last summer for around £28.00. The gold twist lock detail is a great feature that adds a more expensive look and i must say this style of sandal is so easy to wear with most outfits.
I feel the jumpsuit was an excellent purchase and i just knew it would last me a long time. I’m off on holiday early July and this will be the third year i will be packing it in my case!
If you haven’t seen already, i am running a blog giveaway and the prize is to win a Mac Lipstick in your choice of colour (Click here to enter). I thought this was quite fitting as this is one of my most favourite make-up products. Good luck and happy winning!
