Last weekend i picked up some products from the Body Shop’s new Fuji Green Tea range and instantly fell in love with the beautiful and fresh scent. Personally, i’m not a big fan of drinking green tea, but i know it has so many health benefits and is great for detoxing the body.
As i said above, the scent is very fresh. I could see the Fuji Green Tea range appealing to most people as it is so delicate and calming. It almost has a spa like scent that is perfect for creating relaxation within your own home.
The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea range has been inspired by the traditional Japanese green tea ceremony and has been created to revive and detox the skin. I purchased two of the products from the range and couldn’t wait to see what they was like.
Fuji Green Tea Body Wash
The Fuji Green Tea shower gel is designed to cleanse and purify the skin. I would describe the scent as very fresh, clean and crisp that is suitable for both genders. The shower gel has a soap-free formula that lathers well onto the skin for a rich, moisturised feeling. I highly recommend this product if you want your skin to feel fresh and healthy and i also think this shower gel would be a great one to take on holiday!
Fuji Green Tea Body Sorbet
The new ‘Body Sorbet’ moisturising product really interested me and couldn’t wait to try it. I love using a moisturising product that instantly sinks into the skin that has 24hr hydration. It’s the complete opposite to the iconic Body Shop Body Butters as they can feel a little sticky on the skin and take a while to soak in, but the Body Sorbet has a light texture that is fast absorbing. The Body Shop also do other classic fragrances in the Body Sorbet formula, for example strawberry and mango.
I’m loving the products i have purchased because they are so light and fresh on the skin. The Fuji Green Tea scent is perfect for the summer and isn’t too over powering.
As a part of the Fuji Green Tea range, they offer various other products that include a body butter and lotion, body scrub and a really cool ‘Bath Tea’ that you put into a ‘Bath Infuser’. To see the full range, why not take a look on The Body Shop’s website.
Has anyone else tried The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea range?
