I was super excited to finally go and do my Lush Christmas Haul of 2015! This blog post is all about the gorgeous ‘Santa’ themed items i picked up. I think they look so cute and you can use them altogether to create the perfect Christmassy bath! Continue reading
I’m a total sucker for cute baby pumpkins and i just had to pick up this super sweet ‘Sparkly Pumpkin’ bubble bar from Lush. This product was the only one that really stood out to me in the Halloween collection this year as it is pretty, sparkly and smells divine. Obviously I did see the Christmas 2015 collection too, but I want to wait a little bit longer to get excited about those and feel festive when it is closer to Christmas!
The energising scent to the bubble bar is gorgeous and contains a blend of juniperberry, lime and grapefruit oils. It is perfect for a long soak in the wintery evenings and is sure to relax you! Sparkly Pumpkin has a very autumnal feel because of the orange and gold tones of its appearance, but it also has good balance of a deep woody aroma and sweet citrus notes.
Now, I love a bit of sparkle in the bath and this bath bomb definitely makes your water glittery and gives you a slight glow and shimmer to your skin after use. The only thing that stresses me out while in Lush is picking up the bath bomb and getting my fingers covered in glitter!
Some bubble bars easily crumble into the bath, but this one did take a little longer. Once the ‘Sparkly Pumpkin’ was crumbled into the water, it created a lot of fluffy bubbles that felt like a warming hug. My skin was left extremely soft and moisturised afterwards.
I really enjoyed using this bubble bar and will make sure I pick up another before it goes after Halloween! Soon i will have a little haul on the Lush Christmas 2015 collection and take some lovely photographs to share with you on my blog.
